 | 1. Check your computer, see if it comes with serial port (COM), it is a connecter with 9 pins. |
 | 2. If your computer comes with serial port (COM), you don't need USB/COM converter, directly connects computer and cutter/plotter. Artcut2009 can driver cutter/plotter directly. |
 | 3. Check COM Number¡¡
1) Right click "My Computer"
2) Click "Properties" |

3) Click "Hardware".4) Click "Device Manager".
3) Expand Ports.
4) Double click "Communication Port(COM1)".
5) Check "Port Settings", and click "Advanced" to make sure the settings is correct.
** If the physical port shows COM1, you have to select COM1 as a output port at Artcut program, if COM2, Artcut must be COM2.
