| 1. Connect plotter USB port and computer USB port. Please always use the same USB port of computer, DO NOTchange USB port every time, or you may make setting every time! |
| 2. Insert the driver CD, find "SETUP". If you missed the CD, you can download USB driver, save it to a folder. Unzip the file, then open the folder "CH341SER". |
| 3. Turn on cutter/plotter to install USB driver. Double click "CH341SER.EXE", Click "INSTALL".4. When finished installation, click "OK". |

 | 5. Right click "My Computer", and click "Properties" to check the system properties. |
¡¡ | 6.Click "Hardware".7. Click "Device Manger".
8. Click + (Ports)
9. Double click "USB(COM4)".
**The port(COM4) is uncertain, sometimes COM3, COM5..., We need adjusting to com1 to com3, because Artcut software only supports COM1 - COM3. |
 | 10. Click "Port Settings",
and Set Flow control"Xon/Xoff".11. Click "Advanced", and choose port as COM2.
12. Click "OK".
* You could choose COM1,COM2 or COM3.
* If the physical port shows COM1, you have to select COM1 as a output port at Artcut program, if COM2, Artcut must be COM2.
13. OK, the setting is finished, and you can run Artcut and driver cutter/plotter directly. |
| If can't install the USB driver, please update your computer. |
1) Open System by clicking "Start" button on the left bottom of the computer desktop, clicking "Settings" , clicking "Control Panel ", clicking "Security Center".2)Set the "Automatic Updates" is on.
3) After update, restart your computer. Then install. That's ok. |
